Daily Duties at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Atrius Health:
Managed staff of 4 pharmacists and 6 technicians plus per diems. Interact with clinicians to improve performance and prescription capture. Created and implemented policies and procedures for effective pharmacy management. Managed the implementation of a new Point of Sale and Pharmacy systems, filling automation, change of primary supplier, and the construction of a new pharmacy which required two moves and managing for several months out of a temporary space. Safely administered vaccines. Mentored and coached staff. Managed performance for all staff. Excellent customer service advocate.
