Daily Duties at Community Health Systems:
Originally hired as Regional Clinical Director for the acute inpatient services, after three months took over all OP. Oversight of all behavioral health outpatient hospital-based services, primarily intensive outpatient programs (IOP) Developed and implemented 4 new IOP programs within CHS hospitals, increasing revenue for the department by 5% Ensured all programs were Federal and State regulation compliant, and Joint Commission survey ready Developed, standardized and implemented new policies & procedures; standardized clinical & operational forms Site visits included extensive reviews of clinical documentation, financials, operational effectiveness, and quality care Extensive travel – 60 to 80 percent
