Daily Duties at Community Health Systems:

 Originally hired as Regional Clinical Director for the acute inpatient services, after three months took over all OP.  Oversight of all behavioral health outpatient hospital-based services, primarily intensive outpatient programs (IOP)  Developed and implemented 4 new IOP programs within CHS hospitals, increasing revenue for the department by 5%  Ensured all programs were Federal and State regulation compliant, and Joint Commission survey ready  Developed, standardized and implemented new policies & procedures; standardized clinical & operational forms  Site visits included extensive reviews of clinical documentation, financials, operational effectiveness, and quality care  Extensive travel – 60 to 80 percent
