Daily Duties at Trion Solutions:

• Responsible for providing benefit administration services to Human Resources and Benefits Administration to multiple Clients with 1,000+ employees • Responsible for providing management planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee benefit data and trends • Determine employee benefit interests by conducting employee surveys; forming focus groups and analyzing responses • Explains employee benefits by conducting meetings; preparing written and graphic announcements and explanations; responding to requests • Processing all benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, employee changes submitted by employees • Processing Evidence of Insurability (EOI) forms in accordance with Client policies and procedures • Establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships with Clients by gaining their trust, confidence and respect • Working closely with benefits providers to resolve eligibility errors. Serving as an employee advocate to benefit providers for claims issues • Responsible for administration of HR/Benefit Administration Services Client's benefit programs during their annual open enrollment and throughout the year
