Daily Duties at Brighter Brain, Llc:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and transactions to support the Company’s business in the United States and abroad; Establish best practices and manage the overall pipeline of contracts for the Company, including internal employment agreements, external consultant agreements, vendor and client service agreements, asset purchase agreements, and enforceable restrictive covenants• Spearhead the development of effective corporate policies, procedures and programs and support internal departments with appropriate information on contractual obligations, statutory and regulatory requirements, and data protection and privacy implementation for EU affiliates - Privacy Policies for European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and EU-US Privacy Shield, along with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) • Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance and business strategic initiatives from legal point of view • Work with the Human Resources Department and other departments as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training programs, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as annual and ongoing training for all employees and the Board of Directors • Provide litigation management and risk assessment for all aspects and departments of the business, including the affiliated international branches. Research and develop comprehensive internal policies and guidelines to minimize and mitigate potential legal liability exposure. Address and manage legal issue for international affiliates • Develop standardized processes to facilitate the achievement of legal objectives and counsel internal teams and departments on the contract implications of their business objectives, employment-related issues, and intellectual property matters.
