Provides annual vendor forecasts, maintains competitive pricing, develops procurement and inventory strategies, and tracks the financial viability of over 300 product lines. Drives change and builds organizational structure supporting the evolution from a small to mid-sized company while becoming a leading supplier of video equipment to the cinema market. Effectively manages strategic vendor relationships while improving sales, margins, and communication.
