Daily Duties at Whitehall Township Planning Commission:
Serve as an elected government official to work with potential and current developers to ensure building projects of all sizes align with goals and vision for the community. Subject matter experts on all building aspects including but not limited to: traffic patterns and flow, zoning, surveying, water issues (storm water runoff, flood plains, etc.), building codes, and many others. Are the final recommending body to the Board of Commissioners to decide whether a project gets approved.
