Daily Duties at My Body Can Breathe:
I am an accountability and direction coach, self-care advocate, author and blogger. I counsel clients regarding special dietary needs, educate clients on the importance of nutritious foods versus processed foods, and collaborate with clients to find a workable plan for achieving their health goals through diet, physical fitness, and emotional well-being. I am responsible for all aspects of growth within the company. This includes production of all sales and marketing, developing of social presence, performing all administrative tasks, and learning and implementing technical computer skills for website creation, email organization, affiliate programs, and reciprocal blogging agreements. I must also create and nurture relationships of all kinds, and provide a coaching service based in a genuine desire to help people fulfill their visions for health and happiness over the long-term.
