Daily Duties at Comtec Wash Systems:
I answered phones, replied to emails, greeted clients and customers, and provided a high level of customer service at all points of contact. I was responsible for all office tasks, computer work, organization, filing, miscellaneous, and record-keeping. I coordinated and tracked the service team, wrote up invoices, confirmed details and routes. I provided follow-up on customer invoice payments, if delinquent, answered questions regarding invoicing, received and processed payments, and balanced accounts. I established freight agreements for chemical shipments with multiple freight companies, approved paperwork, and received deliveries. I kept reports on sales, spending, and assisted sales team when needed. I assisted in beginning development of the website and social media avenues. I ordered and maintained chemical and parts warehouse stock, office, kitchen and break room supplies, and special customer orders.
