Daily Duties at Arbonne International:
I was responsible for attracting, engaging, educating, and maintaining both clients and team members on a daily basis. I conducted wellness workshops in both residential and professional settings, speaking to groups from two to fifty. I created marketing materials and performed all subsequent marketing activities in order to bolster attendance at the wellness events I hosted. These activities included initial and follow up phone calls, emails, social sharing, and word-of-mouth invitations. I consulted with clients in detail regarding their health and health goals, listened to their needs, and recommended products and lifestyle changes accordingly. I finalized sales of product, created accounts, delivered product, and kept records of clients in order to build relationships and provide long-term support. I trained people who had an entrepreneurial desire to grow their own businesses by following company guidelines and explaining company protocols, and performed in-field training to these individuals. I maintained a high level of focus and detail using a personal calendar with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goal-setting strategies.
