Daily Duties at Kroger:

I worked with customers to discover supplements and lifestyle changes that enhanced quality of life and relieved undesirable symptoms I acquired the ability to respond to ever-changing personality types, gauge comfort levels in regards to personal information within the coach/client relationship, ask further questions when appropriate, and to offer guidance and matching disclaimers when requested. I focused on customer satisfaction and retention via approachable, genuine, and value-based rapport. I was responsible for being knowledgeable about individual symptoms, products and their benefits, interactions, side effects, and possible outcomes. I was required to present product knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner, mostly at a moments notice, and to sell product when applicable. I needed to track and stock inventory, maintain cleanliness of department, answer phones, respond to emails, follow up with customers, refer customers accordingly based on their needs, and keep records when needed. I coordinated product sampling events, attended professional field research trainings about relevant health topics in the industry, and designed employee-centered health workshops
