Daily Duties at Coordinated Care:
Collaborate with multiple departments to collect data to support provider needs and solve disputes timely and accurately. Act as subject expert regarding claims processing and payments for state complaints and help to resolve them in a timely manner. Provide claims data and analysis of provider complaints to senior leadership to determine settlement rates. Work with claims adjusters to set-up claims projects for provider reimbursement after executive leadership review. Train new staff and design training aids.
