Daily Duties at Sears It:
Accountable for the goal setting, performance evaluation and salary administration for 30+ direct report team members. I was a key member of the Sears Technology Center (STC) senior leadership team, setting goals and implementing a strategy for the STC site. In a Project Manager role, managed many critical projects assigned to the STC including conversion from out-dated and costly legacy applications to lower cost distributed platforms that offered more development speed and agility and ultimately higher customer value. Managed all aspects of waterfall SDLC projects with a focus on integrating best practices such as shorter development cycles, automated testing, and continuous integration.
