Daily Duties at Total Systems Services:
Led the management, design, development, and implementation of a large scale custom CICS application for a Fortune 100 financial company’s Credit Card Rewards system with over 90 million cardholders. The Rewards project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget. Led the planning and technical execution of acquisition and merger projects involving millions of accounts. Directed all project management aspects for a successful conversion of financial assets to Total Systems Services applications. Using COBOL programming language and JCL procedural language, performed as a developer and technical leader for conversion team performing data mapping, building conversion programs and procedures. Composed and executed overall conversion plan including test conversions and production turnover. Designed and coded critical algorithm and procedure for conversion account number cross reference processing.
