Daily Duties at Concentrix:
• Guided the successful implementation of a new client center in the organization by managing the training and on-boarding of new leaders and staff. • Created and standardized all SOP's still in use today for vital functions such as disciplinary standards, reporting practices, weekly payroll and hiring policies. •Developed and rolled out program specific policies for the daily management of the center, which resulted in 12% lower attrition than projected. • Supervised 6 Jr. Team Leaders and mentored them to lead their production agents to succeed. • Increased total revenue by meeting high performance "kickers" as well as standard metrics month over month. • Rolled out Performance reviews to all full time staff for the first time in company history • Increased overall productivity and leadership effectiveness by developing coaching goals and performance enhancement tools such as training material for Team Leads, agent cheat-sheets and end-of-day checklists. • Partnered with Human Resources Director to create new documentation protocols for supervisors to ensure compliance with federal, state and company regulations.
