Daily Duties at Education At Work:
• Passionate about company culture and leadership development, I created a company-wide overhaul of processes and procedures for employee retention, leadership accountability and disciplinary policies which decreased attrition by 27%. • Worked closely with executive leadership to create new reporting tools and used them to improve KPI tracking, attendance, attrition, productivity and billable hours. • Developed new specialized training and quality checks for the leadership team in all locations. • Successfully coordinated 4 program launches for new client centers. • Responsible for managing 5 - 10 Supervisors, each with teams of 15 - 35 customer service agents, depending on experience and staffing levels. • Proudly established a strong centralized recruiting team for the enterprise with the following statistics for 2018 alone. • Developed screening protocols responsible for reviewing over 1,700 applicants. •Built hiring/on boarding SOP's which successfully facilitated the employment of over 660 customer service agents. • Collaborated with the workforce management team to strategically plan and fill over 50 training classes with headcount requirements of between 6 and 60 new employees.
