Daily Duties at Aig:
Handled and managed 40-50 cases including general liability defense, workers compensation claims, and complex litigation construction matters from inception of lawsuit through resolution. Preparing of discovery, reviewing correspondence, and taking of lay and expert witness depositions. The handling of all pre-trial matters including filing of any pre-trial or dispositive motions and attending trial if necessary.
