Daily Duties at Idaho Transportation Department:

Project Manager for Target Operating Model (TOM) and Configuration Management DB (CMDB) projects (aka ITSM Transformation). These projects are multi-year, multi-million dollar efforts designed to transform the organization from traditional silo-based IT groups to a business focused mature service organization. I lead the project team with a focus on transforming people, processes, and technology to help the organization become a first class service provider. I completed the required documents for this phase of the project and handed them off to the PMO manager as per my contract.
