Headed quality assurance assessments of all clinical content including content integrity, documentation of assumptions, and user acceptance testing. Subject matter expert on clinical applications and system integration. Performed an assessment of the current workflow processes and developed a future state workflow for multiple health systems nationally. Administered customer education on troubleshooting rule logic and content outcome issues. Communicated complex topics in a clear and understandable manner to health system administration and project management.
