Delivered on time, a distributed event-ing solution and dashboard functionality to support the various channels in the KANA product. • Designed and directed the team to build an event-ing mechanism for channel dashboards. • As part of mergers and acquisitions, worked with CTO team to provide technical and architectural due diligence and architectural guidance of the future road map. • Executed a cross functional, cross teams, cross products and across time zones project. • Actively engaged with management and architects across the company in establishing improved architectural principles, data management and improvements to the continuous delivery processes.
