Supervised three training facilitators and provided centralized talent management and training support for 2500 employees. • Built strong internal relationships and served as a trusted adviser providing direction to guide leadership in better managing sensitive issues, defining employee expectations, and determining follow through measures • Worked closely with legal counsel to navigate legal risks and compliance related to employee complaints, EEOC, ADA, and Affirmative Action requirements
