Promoted to the Corporate HR organization supporting 7000 employees across the Supply Chain and Engineering functional groups. Managed a $2.5M budget and provided HR leadership to eight managers and their work groups totaling 158 people. • Performed global gaps analyses and engaged in complex global planning to determine resource placement for individual growth and development • Collaborated with senior leadership to drive attainment of strategic goals through measurement and analysis of KPIs • Led departmental recruiting efforts and served on the University of Houston Rockwell Career Center Board of Advisors • Provided HR oversight to the Shanghai procurement office and offered technical guidance to deployed HR representatives regarding Chinese labor laws
