Daily Duties at Bechtel Global Corp:
Manage 5 HR professionals and direct Bechtel’s newly expanded global university hiring program totaling 500 new graduate hires (200) and summer interns (300). • Identified areas for program improvement through communication and coordination of teams and significantly enhanced engagement with the University of Houston (UH) and Purdue University. • Act as the single point of contact and primary interface with a four-person college recruiting team and all functional managers involved in the hiring process. • Talent, L&D, Compensation, and Special Projects Manager for 2400+ employees in the Global Functions & Services org.
