Daily Duties at Us Air Force Eglin 96 Medical Group:
Director or Administrator of 7 enlisted phase II and 3 officer phase II programs. Lead a staff of 20 course supervisors, and 10 course medical directors. In the day to day operations for training the various programs. Communicate with executive leadership on the student progress and course difficulties. Direct the creation and update of annual training plan. Monitor course supervisors and preceptors to ensure programs are teaching with-in curriculum standards. Manage the distribution of testing materials. Go between Air Education and Training Command and the 96th Test Wing. Applying learning theories and instructional design concepts.
