Had multiple positions within changing environments as Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner (equivalent to Director HR Business Partner). Took on areas of influence in the organization such as legal compliance, workers' compensation, total rewards and incentive programs, including benefits, 401k, union contract negotiations and implementation. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Research & Development, Operations (manufacturing), and Food Service and lead annual strategic planning initiative. Made significant contributions and impact to recruiting and retention by implementing branding and storytelling, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and training. Structured diversity initiatives, succession plans, and continuously worked to offer attractive compensation plans. Authored the majority of policies regarding safety, merchandising, community relations, and marketing, and served as the HR support and adviser to the entire Executive team.
