Daily Duties at Mission Rock Residential, Llc:
Provided functional leadership, operational expertise, and strategic insight in Human Resources, served as change agent and set priorities related to corporate strategy & operational capability, leading and performing in a supervisory role, a team of 10, both locally and remotely. Oversaw HR strategy, employee relations, HR policies, HR solutions, information systems, compliance, benefits, 401k & fiduciary responsibility, policy, staff development, recruitment, payroll, & performance management. I enjoyed collaborating with managers on leadership skills development, retention, and company culture. Acted as a strategic thinker to develop and implement a Shared Services model create a Center of Excellence (COE) combining resources for the affiliate companies and incorporate best practices, including recruiting, benefits, on-boarding, performance management, compliance, executive coaching, and payroll guidance. Restructured the compensation and benefit strategies to be more market-driven, attractive, and cost-effective.
