Daily Duties at South Jersey Gas / South Jersey Industries:
• Identified, mitigated, monitored and reported largest threats, including credit, accounts receivable, market & operational risks. • Responsible for multi-million-dollar credit requests in support of all company business units. • Managed the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program. Advanced the Company’s existing ERM program by improving reporting and communication to senior management. • Maintained adequate levels of security and insurance to mitigate exposure. Worked with insurance brokers on annual renewals and managed the associated costs. • Provided risk adjusted analysis and high-level analysis to senior management. • Developed Dodd-Frank program, including company-wide compliance and communication of reporting requirements, as well as ICE Platform Administration. • Customer service expert. Acted as liaison between sales personnel and external counterparty personnel. Built internal relationships in support of credit efforts. • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the highest strategic risks. • Preparation of quarterly financial statement disclosures. • Review and approval of all significant company contracts.
