Daily Duties at D&H Distribution:

Lead project teams and sub-teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. Manage projects in accordance with Lean program management methodologies. Ensure that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results. Manage and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain, adjust and update project plans as needed. Consolidate, communicate and ensures resolution of all issues. Develop and collect performance metrics. Represent business unit, department and functional area on cross-functional project teams. Provide functional expertise to assess potential financial and operational impact. Teach and lead cross functional teams through Lean Six-Sigma concepts, Kaizen events and process improvements to drive key KPIs in cost, delivery, quality and safety of the site. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize asset utilization through application of Lean concepts. Analyze problems, identify issues, summarize findings and recommend courses of actions.
