Daily Duties at Total Health Care/Tuerk House Inc:
Provided oversight for a full spectrum of HR functions. Collaborated with enterprise-wide executive management on key HR initiatives. Drove change management efforts pertaining to evolving employee culture. Led and developed multiple HRIS systems. Continuously championed employee/organizational development. Exemplified HR expertise to execute short/long-term plans focused on employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, and performance management. Provided staffing oversight through establishing recruitment processes; enhancing screening, interviewing, and on-boarding efforts; and developing employee new hire orientations and exit interviews. Acted as a subject matter expert by constructing comprehensive training programs for management/employees on diversity inclusion, leadership, change management, sexual harassment, and legal compliance. Drove continuous improvement efforts, including initiating new payroll procedures to streamline the payroll process and constructing an employee engagement strategy that retained talent. Earned recognition for significantly transforming the work environment by introducing staff training; rewriting the employee manual; and launching the first employee recognition program and performance management process. Facilitated credentialing for medical and clinical disciplines, including: CRNP, RN, LPN, and counselors.
