▪ Performed material resource planning (MRP) duties such as forecasting, scheduling, monitoring call volumes and other operational activities while adjusting resources to meet business objectives. ▪ Provided configuration management support such as ensuring consistency of system requirements, func-tional attributes and physical properties and verifying compliance with all specifications. ▪ Managed large volumes of material inventory, tracked and reconciled orders and inventory shortages, re-ported on all hardware order transactions, ensured materials delivery, and maintained associated data records.
