Daily Duties at Fed Ex Supply Chain:
Manage the receiving picking and packing assign and supervise 500 to over 1500 teammates in the building with six supervisors as direct reports. Team building and recognizing potential for improvement in teammates and operations. Oversee PR and cubiscan project for improved IC. Insure LOS is met and all freight is received and prepped in a manner that increases UPH for each teammate and the facility. Tracking hourly production, and completing teammate payroll tracking time on task. Insuring all teammates are properly trained and following SOP. Bridging goals with customer.
