Daily Duties at Hill Country Electric Supply:
– Prepare bids to electrical contractors and provide assembly information on electrical switchgear, lighting fixtures, and miscellaneous items. Additionally. . . • Switchgear quotations using Eaton Cutler Hammer Bid Manager. • Manage up to 70 concurrent projects and track projects from initial quote to final billing. • Prepare submittals to contractor staff for final coordination and approval. • Coordinate closely with vendors and purchase items from vendors identified in contract specifications. • Work with contractors to coordinate and process change orders. • Track delivery of items for each project and maintain proof of shipment to contractors. Initiate expediting in cases where items were not shipped on time. • Bill contractors based on vendors invoices and shipping documents. • Closeouts projects and ensure that operations and maintenance manuals are sent to job sites.
