Daily Duties at Aramark At Temple University :

Director my responsibilities are but not limited to planning and managing food service across the entire campus. In conjunction with direct reports, develop strategic operations plans aligned with the client's mission, vision, and objectives to include sustainable practices while balancing the fiscal constraints of the operation. Develop and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt. Establish and maintain food production systems (PRIMA) and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving of food related products. Develop operational component forecasts Engaged in personnel management, inclusive of hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, supervising, and terminating actions, for 150 staff members, including non-management and management teams and 18 different Retail Fast Food restaurant. Established a manager-employee training program to internally develop management-level candidates and increase morale. Increased MPLH (Meals Per Labor Hour) from 13.5 to 17.5. Managed special catering events servicing groups of up to 800 diners requiring 5-course meals
