Daily Duties at Samsung Construction & Trade:
Directed team to manage vendors and 3PL contractors of pending deadlines and critical delivery dates. Scheduled and monitored timely delivery of materials needed to begin and complete site landmarks. Managed goals and objectives for each stage of sites within my scope of influence. Encouraged and engaged team members on how to achieve better results that met or exceeded metrics set forth by the customer and the company.
