Daily Duties at Transmatic:
•Lead cross functional groups preparing PPAP’s (Control Plans, PFMEA, SPC, MSA) •Oversee quality functions in assigned business unit •Analyze process capability via Minitab and implement corrective measures to improve reliability •Utilize Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility to evaluate measurement techniques •Coordinate and implement new product development •Exercise the 8D methodology to identify, correct, and eliminate recurring problems •Create work instructions for production, inspection, and maintenance to support daily manufacturing •Train and equip international production staff (Mexico and China) to operate MRP software, PLEX
