Daily Duties at Carraway & Associates:
Manage all aspects of complex litigation cases from inception to resolution. Developer and present defense strategies on behalf of clients. Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Conduction and defend depositions of lay and expert witnesses, represent clients at mediation sessions and address discovery disputes with Special Masters assigned to cases. Participate in drafting jury questionnaires, jury instructions, pre-trial motions and trial briefs. Training, supervising and monitoring work of younger associates, coordinate daily activities, review motions, correspondence, discovery and pleadings, and address personal issues and disputes
