Daily Duties at Camber Corporation:

I was promoted to Program Manager following the successful completion of 3 data analytics projects and the successful entry into a new market following a contract win in which I wrote critical sections of the winning proposal (Technical Training and Transition Plan). - Managed Predator, Reaper, Gray Eagle, and NSA unmanned systems maintenance contract requirements & exceeded all revenue and profit objectives. - Reviewed contracts for terms, pricing, and approved modifications. - Created pricing strategies and business models for capture and successful execution of 3 large contracts. Performance on each project resulted in contract renewal. - Secured $2M in performance awards over three years; in addition to consistent double-digit profit and revenue growth. - Recruited, hired and managed personnel supporting over 80 OCONUS positions. - Secured new work within the National Security Agency. Grew business from one, $5M/year contract to three contracts with over $12M/year revenue in two years, contributing to the establishment of a new division. - Managed contract performance, P&L, employee hiring, performance reviews, compensation and promotions for over 120 technicians and 30 managers supporting operations across 5 countries 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. - Subject Matter Expert, Proposal Writer and/or Volume Lead for 3 new contract wins resulting in consistently exceeding annual business growth goals. Contributions included identifying win themes, determining team composition, writing management plans and pricing strategies, recruiting and staffing with top-end talent - Successfully grew business from $800K/yr. to over $12M/yr. with another $2M in performance awards in three years - leading to the creation of a new division
