Daily Duties at Camber Corporation:

Promoted to Operations Manager after growing annual contract revenue from $800 to over $12M in under 2 years, resulting in the creation of a new division. I was given the additional responsibility of establishing routine administrative processes, managing the overhead budget, and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software updated while continuing to effectively manage my existing contracts and meet revenue growth goals of 8% organic and 8% new business per year. I continued supporting customers on all previously managed contracts while training two new Program Managers to take over the management of those contracts. - Drove policies and procedures for a corporate ‘Top 3’ strategic focus area. - Developed and monitored P&L forecasts. Prepared and briefed monthly progress reports. - Identified, prioritized, and supervised business development activities. - Integrated disperse work centers into a cohesive team through two corporate reorganizations while obtaining and maintaining ISO processes and certification. - Effectively managed the work center’s overhead budget through ownership change and reorganization. - Provided strategic vision for future growth into the commercial unmanned systems industry; leveraging corporate core competencies while applying entrepreneurial techniques to identify the ideal entry points.
