Assessed proposed sovereign submerged State lands (snorkel, hookah and SCUBA) for feasibility of shellfish aquaculture; potential impact on sea grasses, hard bottom or protected marine species. Assessed over 1,000 existing shellfish aquaculture leases for compliance with State regulations.
