Supervised and monitored a state-wide, environmentally compliant, marine resource habitat restoration program. • Administered a financial assistance award to ensure programmatic and technical goals were met. • Evaluated the effectiveness of oyster reef restoration efforts through monitoring and reporting; meeting environmental goals and financial requirements. Assessed proposed sovereign submerged State lands (snorkel, hookah and SCUBA) for feasibility of shellfish aquaculture; potential impact on sea grasses, hard bottom or protected marine species. Assessed over 1,000 existing shellfish aquaculture leases for compliance with State regulations.
