Daily Duties at Club Orient Resort:
As the Assistant manager I was responsible for all personal and all departments. I reported directly to Mr.Carlson, the GM. I was later promoted to the GM position when Mr. Carlson was fired. As a shareholder and manager within the organization, I was directly involved in all management meetings and decisions for over 19 years.
