Daily Duties at Army:
First Sergeant of a Basic Combat Training (BCT) Battery consisting of 240 Initial Entry Training (IET) Soldiers, 12 Drill Sergeants and 20 Cadre members to include the Battalion Headquarters; coordinates, Supervises, and implements activities pertaining to operations and the training of Soldiers in an IET environment; enhances unit cohesion, morale, and health and welfare.
