Daily Duties at Old Republic Title:
Provide leadership to the state-wide development team. Reporting to the COO, accountable for sales and premium generation in excess of $80M annually. Established company’s first marketing and sales plan to increase overall revenue by 10% statewide, and market share by nearly 2% within the first year. Managed Business Development, Account Management, Sales Operations, and Customer Technical Support. Launched organization’s first marketing and advertising campaign by analyzing market segments and penetration. Collaborated with I/T and Operations to create capacity strategy for incremental business. Provided quarterly updates to executive management team and Board regarding market share, penetration, and related analytics. Developed orientation and training program.
