Oversaw engineering team through implementation for Federal, Commercial, Healthcare and Educational projects. • Supervised technical and administrative LEED® process for internal teams and external clientele with a focus on improving long-term performance of existing buildings through strategic operations and maintenance strategies with measurable results and cost/benefit justification. • Cultivated client relationships from business development through project implementation. • Advised senior leadership team on market opportunities and developed protocols for promoting Skanska’s commitment to sustainability in the market place.
