Daily Duties at Hdr Inc.:
• Responsible for oversight of HDR Architecture’s global sustainability practices across all market sectors and the creation and implementation of internal high performance design policies. • Transformed inter-departmental service line into stand-alone P&L center exceeding departmental financial goals including booking and profit. • Oversaw operations and project management for the department exceeding financial goals in booking ($2.2M in 2014 Q1-Q3) and profit ($500K). • Worked with Project Managers across all offices to enhance and improve client relationships through expanded service lines and improved quality control processes. • Collaborated with executive leadership to develop firm-wide strategic plans, performance metrics, and corporate acquisitions.
