Daily Duties at Thermotron Industries:
Southeast region field position based from a home office in the Huntsville, AL area. Responsible primarily for field engineering support for the Product Test Solutions (PTS) group’s test equipment customers in the southeast. Duties include support for existing equipment, including installation of hardware and software upgrades, troubleshooting and investigation of problems and issues as they arise. Support for new equipment includes participation in the design review process, participation in pre-delivery final testing, and management of installation, startup, and training at the customer’s site.
