Accepted new position to form original Strategic Accounts Department at USG. Solely responsible for all start-up activities, including strategy development, staffing, training, creating goals, identifying targets, and ultimately measuring success of new B2B initiative. Deployed new team of 4 Strategic Account Managers, targeting new relationships inside the Developer, Retailer, Hospitality, and Building Owner segments. • Established new strategic B2B relationships, generating incremental sales growth and surpassing $20M in exceptional gross-profit contributions. • Secured more than 35 new owner clients electing to exclusively specify USG products for future facilities.
