Daily Duties at Gaf:

Led team of 11 Territory Managers focused on low slope (commercial roofing) opportunities. Accountable for top line sales revenue, and bottom-line profits. • Expanded regional sales from $48M in 2015 to $65M in 2018 through new contractor development, strategic price management, and expanded distribution. • Concentrated management of project pipeline to identify enhanced market opportunities, achieving 130% of YTD sales plan (165% of PYTD) and 205% of operational income YTD plan first quarter of 2019. • Orchestrated significant industry share growth throughout region by understanding owners needs and driving architectural specifications. • Directed sales team to enhance distribution in key markets and broaden contractor base.
