s Hold significant responsibility for managing all aspects of the shipping process, including inventory control, tracking, material and order expediting, movement, and reverse logistics. s Review customer support and field service appointments to meet customer needs. s Educate team members in standard methodologies and best practices in daily operations. s Map out, arrange, and control company products and inventory in accordance with all company guidelines and protocols. s Strategize potential next steps drawing upon experience and industry knowledge for company offerings and business initiatives. s Earned recognition with the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2018 by displaying solid leadership skills with team members and the company. s Garnered a rate of over $5M in a cost savings initiative by reviewing current operations, hiring key personnel, implementing metrics, and introducing automation.
