Implemented Drug Free Workplace Program, Safety Program, maintained confidential human resource files, administer compensation and benefit plans, implemented recruiting plans and strategies, fulfilled tactical objective through hiring and retaining employees, conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development, provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, resolve issues and problems, conflict resolution, employee performance reviews, organize and maintaining employee files, assist implementing Wellness Program, complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations, implemented internship/externship program. Promote HR Program to create an efficient and conflict free workplace
