Daily Duties at Title Max:

 Managed operations of company objectives by the development of customer relationships and provide unrivaled customer service in order to build new business, increase store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.  Accounting best practices to analyze financial information and to ensure financial records were maintained in compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements.  Participated in forecasting/projection, budgeting, credit/collection policies and records retention process to control business growth levels.  Analyzed Actual Profit & Loss performance to support achievement of the annual budget and forecast.  Coordinated accounting control procedures by assisting in budget development, highlighting risks/opportunities, revenue, expenditure trends, invoices and credit/collection policies.  Set performance standards and expectations while holding the team accountable for upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.  Increased sales, approximately 68% and profits 7% on loan A/R in excess of $1MM and returned failing operations to profitability in two offices.  Coach and develop team (2-3) associates through training and employee management, in order to maximize potential for team members and the business.
