Daily Duties at South State Bank:

 Maintained knowledge of secondary marketing products which includes Investor parameters for originating, underwriting and closing loans.  Retrieved, validate and submit supporting loan closing documentation into the post-closing (Encompass and Director) delivery systems to clear and minimize the impact of documented deficiency.  Review investor’s deficiencies (State Housing, Chase, Citizens Bank, Wells, Redwood and Fannie Mae) and work to submit all requested documents for loan purchase with average turn time goals.  Prepared and ship note packages to investors on selling loans and track packages to ensure delivery.  Focus on resolving post- closing and investor issues with an average turn time goal to prevent monetary penalties.  Follow-up with the pipeline manager on problem accounts to help maintain the loan committal process.  Settled sold mortgages in MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration system) using the investor’s receipt of purchase to maintain account balance transfer of each loan servicing rights and ownership.  Collaborated with Attorney, Loan Processors, Underwriters and Closers to retrieve accurate mortgage documentations on the basis of each loan product. 
